Terms of Sale

These terms apply to training, equipment and products purchased from Sōul Haus Collective (Sōul Haus Head Spa Training).

Prices and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars. GST is added to all advertised prices.

• Two-Day Training Only: $2,000 + GST

• Complete Head Spa Training & Business Startup Package: $3,850 + GST

• Online Head Spa Training Only: $750 + GST

• Online Training + Complete Head Spa Setup: $2,200 + GST, plus $150 shipping

• Professional Non-Plumbed Head Spa Unit: $1,950 + GST, Australia-wide shipping included

• Professional Products & Tools Kit: $750 + GST, plus $35 shipping

Training at your own salon, spa or business is quoted individually, including travel. Travel fees apply to training outside our regular training locations.

Bookings and payment

Payments are processed securely through Square. Interest-free payment plans are available through Square invoicing.

Training dates are secured only after the required deposit has been received and enrolment has been completed. Deposit amounts vary by package and are set out on your Square invoice. All outstanding balances must be paid at least 7 days before training starts, and full payment must be received by that deadline.

Certificates

Certificates are issued after you have successfully completed your training and we have received full payment. Please allow up to 14 days after successful completion and final payment for your certificate to be prepared and posted. Certificates are posted to the address you provided during enrolment.

Certification is issued by Sōul Haus Head Spa Training and is not a nationally recognised qualification.

Equipment

Equipment is not released until the applicable balance has been paid in full. Shipping times are estimates and may vary because of production, customs and freight delays. Warranty and returns are covered in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
