Where is the training located?

Private training is based in the Noosa region, Queensland, with interstate and group training dates available. We also travel to salons, spas and wellness studios Australia-wide.

Do I need any previous experience?

No previous beauty or hairdressing experience is required. Our training is suitable for complete beginners, beauty therapists, hairdressers, massage therapists, salon owners and wellness professionals.

How is the training run?

All standard training is one-on-one, generally from 10 am to 2 pm each day over two days. Training models are provided.

What is included?

See Packages & Pricing for the full inclusions of each package. Our complete packages include a professional non-plumbed head spa unit and the Professional Products & Tools Kit: one combined kit of professional treatment products, tools and accessories.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. You receive framed certification upon successful completion. Certification is independently issued by Sōul Haus Head Spa Training and is not a nationally recognised qualification. Certificates are issued once training requirements are met and the account is paid in full.

Can I purchase a head spa unit?

Yes. The Professional Non-Plumbed Head Spa Unit is $1,950 AUD + GST including Australia-wide shipping, with an estimated production and shipping timeframe of approximately 45 days.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer interest-free, in-house payment plans through personalised Square invoices. An initial deposit is required to secure enrolment, and payment schedules are arranged individually.
